Health and Fitness

Personal Trainers

The Paul Stock Aquatic and Recreation Center now offers personal training services through our facility to assist you with your health and fitness needs.

A qualified personal trainer is available to work with you one-on-one or in a small group to tackle your goals—no matter what their specialty may be—including sports-specific conditioning, special health needs, and weight loss. Our trainer brings a unique set of skills, knowledge, and background to the table.

Monthly Fitness Classes

A wide array of fitness amenities are available at the Paul Stock Aquatic and Recreation Center. Patrons can take advantage of our gym space, racquetball courts, suspended track, and cardiovascular and weight training equipment on a personal basis.

We also offer innovative fitness programming to suit all interests, abilities, and age levels. Fitness classes run on four-week sessions and are open to both members and nonmembers.

Check out the latest
Recreation Times brochure for a listing of our current classes.

Additional classes and fitness opportunities may be added depending on instructor availability and participant interest.

If you've got a favorite class you'd love to see, please get in touch with Fitness Coordinator Kelly Bower and share your ideas.
Most fitness classes are geared to adults 16 years of age and older, including many selections specifically for senior citizens.
