Responsibilities

The Code Enforcement Officers respond primarily to code enforcement issues, which allows the Patrol Officers to direct their efforts toward the suppression of criminal activities.

Ordinances Enforced

The Code Enforcement Officers may issue citations for animal, nuisance, traffic, water, and zoning violations, and they spend the majority of their time enforcing the City of Cody ordinances.
