We are pleased to announce the release of the Draft Final Cody Master Plan for your review. The Cody Planning and Zoning Board will hold two public hearings to determine if it is in the public interest to adopt the updated Plan. Both public hearings will be held Tuesday, March 4, 2014, in the City Council Chambers located in City Hall at 1338 Rumsey Avenue, Cody, WY. The first public hearing will be at 12:00 p.m. (noon) or as soon thereafter as practical. The second public hearing will be held at a joint City Council and Planning and Zoning meeting, held at 7:00 p.m. that evening. Both meetings will be televised. Comments may be submitted before or at the public hearings. Written comments submitted before the hearing should be sent to: Community Development Dept., P.O.
