The alley running west off of 19th Street to Bleistein Avenue, between Rumsey Avenue and Bleistein Avenue, will be closed to traffic beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, May 8th, for approximately four days.  This closure is necessary for the replacement of a raw water line.
