The Streets Division will have 12th Street, between Salsbury Avenue and Elm Avenue, closed to through traffic on Thursday, November 16th, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.  Access to Tri Power Court will be permitted from the north end of 12th Street.  This closure is necessary for crack sealing.
