The City of Cody is seeking architectural and engineering (A&E) services for the development of plans and specifications for a 140'x50' Sanitation Division Shop. The building is proposed to be a pre-manufactured metal building with an 18' eave height, 4/12 pitch roof and 8-14'Wx16'H doors. Faxed or emailed submittals will not be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to waive any qualification based process, and the City is not bound by the lowest bid.
