City Ordinance 4-4-8 does require that all leaves and grass be bagged before being placed within a receptacle for collection. The only exception to this is for those receptacles marked as yard waste.  

City Ordinance 4-4-7 Section I. does require all waste resulting from any trade to be removed to the landfill by those responsible. Lawn maintenance and landscape professionals are asked to remove all waste created from their work to the landfill. 

Please be courteous to your neighbors. Remember there are a minimum of four homes being served by one dumpster.
