Elected to Council in 2023 and serving through 2026, Don F. Shreve, Jr. is a graduate of Cody High School and a Marine Corps veteran. Following military service, he attend Northwest College for one year before transferring to the University of Wyoming, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and later a law degree. After practicing law for over 20 years, Don worked for the Sate of Wyoming within the Cowboy Challenge Academy, aiding the at-risk population.

A resident of Ward 1, Don has a passion to create dialogue between the City of Cody and its citizens, to listen to the folks of the community, and to make the City of Cody serve for all.
